For any physical products purchased on the website a full refund can only be granted if you let us know you would like a refund within 14 days after the purchase. You will have another 14 days from the notice to ensure the product reaches us in exactly the same condition as we had sent it out. It should not have been used, altered or tampered with in any manner. We reserve the right to decline refunds if the product is not received back in the same condition. We can also issue a credit note or exchange for the same amount if you prefer. You will need to ensure you pack the item suitably for the return.
We do not take responsibility for damages in the post for any returning items. We do not issue refunds for shipping costs for any returned items.
All items will be delivered within 7 working days and tracking numbers will be provided by e-mail. If for some reason an item is not available or out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange for an alternative or refund.
As the items are mostly handmade therefore they are “sold as seen” so please check the product images and dimensions carefully before you make a purchase.
For commissioned items such as soul paintings, no refunds or credits are available as this is a unique personalised image made only for you. The colours and items it contains would have been agreed upon – either verbally or in writing by email – before the start of the commissioned work.
For international shipping of artworks you can either choose to pickup with your own shipping company or a quote will be given from an art shipping company from us to you to liase with and pay directly. Cosmic-Union cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of goods while in transit if a third party shipping company is overseeing the shipment and if you are using your own shipping company as they would have packed it for you in the appropriate manner and you would have to acquire any additional insurance they might offer to you for damages.
We do not accept any responsibility for damage to artworks during delivery due to narrow staircases, small doors or any such physical difficulty that can be encountered during delivery.
If there are any damages to items during shipping in the UK replacements for exchange of damaged goods will not be dispatched until the original item has been received at our warehouse.
